2. Purpose of the data processing
Data processing is required by law to fulfill the treatment contract between you and your doctor and the associated obligations. For this we process your personal data, especially your health data. This includes anamnesis, diagnoses, therapy suggestions and findings that we or other doctors collect. For this purpose, other attending doctors or psychotherapists can provide us with data (e.g. in doctor's letters). The collection of health data is the basis for your medical treatment and care. If such necessary information is not available, a competent and compassionate medical care is not possible.

3. Recipient of your data
We just transmit your personal data to third parties, if it´s permitted by law or you have already given your permission. Recipients of your personal data can be especially other doctors or psychotherapists, laboratories, association of statutory health insurance physicians (Kassenärztliche Vereinigungen), health insurances (Krankenkassen), the medical service of the health insurance (Der Medizinische Dienst der Krankenversicherung), Medical Chambers (Ärztekammern) and private medical clearing houses (Privatärztlichen Verrechnungsstellen). The transfer of data is mainly used for the payment of the services performed, to clarify medical questions or questions concerning your insurance relationship. In individual cases, the transmission of your personal data occurs to additional authorised recipients.

4. Storage of your data
We store your personal data just as long as necessary for performing the medical procedure. Because of legal regulations we are obliged to store your data for a period of at least 10 years after the completion of medical treatment. Other regulations might lead to longer data storage times, e.g. 30 years in case of X-ray images (Section 28, paragraph 3 of the X-Ray Regulation).

5. Rights of the data subject
You have the right to receive information free of charge about the stored personal data and also the right to rectify inaccurate or incomplete data. In addition, you have the right to delete your personal data under certain circumstances, the right to restriction of data processing as well as the right to data portability. The processing of your data is based on legal regulations. Only in exceptional cases we need your consent. In these cases, you have the right to revoke your consent for future processing. If you think, the processing of your personal data was not legal, you also have the right to complain to the relevant data protection supervisory authority.

6. Legal basis

We have taken technical and organizational precautions to protect your data against loss, Protect the manipulation or unauthorized access of third parties. Server log files: 1&1 web analytics
These log files (1&1 web analytics) are recorded by our provider (1&1 Internet SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, D-56410 Montabaur, Germany). The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us.
Purpose of data processing: statistical evaluation and technical optimization of the website - collecting informations, to provide better service to all users. The data is processed completely anonymously.

A merge of data with other data sources is not performed.
